Core Drilling Process

3"-4" suction hole drilled through the foundation slab. Sub-slab communication tested.

Installation of the pipe & Radon Ran

Insatall 3"-4" Schedule-40 PVC or ABS pipe and routed to radon fan, exiting above roofline.

Post Installation Test & Verify

Post-installation radon test confirms levels are below the EPA recommended 4 pCi/L.
